As can happen with any supplier, there was a missing item but this was sent out as soon as I informed you which just highlighted the high quality customer service you provide.
Yesterday an Assistant Head wanted Pledge Certificates making for Thursday using the Metallico paper. He wanted the one colour I didn’t have enough of.
